he New Apartment and mixed use building known as the Beekman Building actually has an address of 8 Spruce Street New York.
This view is from City Hall Park, Park Row.

The Building is exactly across the street from the Beekman Pub - The Building is topped off in Augusta 2010 and will have occupancy by
the end of 2010.  As of October 1, 2010 the interior is still under construction.
